Altius Group, a collection of business broker brands in Lancashire, ranked fifth place on Experian’s 2022 League Table of M&A Financial Advisers for the North West.
The league table lists corporate sales advisers ranking them based on the number of completed transactions that meet Experian’s criteria. With 27 deals Altius Group appears in 5th place, just behind BDO LLP, as one of the most active advisers in the region.
This is the first year Altius Group has submitted their transaction data to Experian. The news of the ranking breaks after a record year for the Preston-based business broker. Altius Group completed more than 250 transactions across its sector-specific brands in 2022, amounting to a total transaction value of just over £175m. New NDA’s rose significantly during the year, contributing to strong pipelines for 2023.
Altius Group is the only top ten advisory firm that focuses solely on the transactions of SME businesses.
