The assets of Lancashire-based TC Bibby & Sons contract cleaners have been acquired by Cleanology in a deal brokered by Kings Corporate with support from Altius Corporate Finance.
Cleanology, who are “award-winning experts in commercial cleaning and facilities management” with coverage across leading UK cities such as London, Manchester, Birmingham, and Glasgow. The acquisitions means they have now strengthened their regional offering in Lancashire with the purchase of the assets of Wigan-based TC Bibby + Sons.
Mr Nathan Miller, Corporate Deal Executive who brokered the deal said “I would like to take this opportunity to wish our client every success with his future endeavours and offer my congratulations to Cleanology on their latest acquisition”.
